In the lead up to the World Fantasy Convention to be held in Brighton UK, award winning author Tricia Sullivan’s new dark supernatural Shadowboxer has been sold to Ravenstone Press, the new YA imprint attached to Solaris and Abaddon. Ravenstone publisher Jon Oliver is planning to publish a new young adult novel each quarter and has high hopes for the imprint’s stand out titles.

Shadowboxer is an exciting mix of gripping muay thai fight scenes, romance and interwoven with Thai magic and mythology, as teenage cage fighter Jade is thrown into a supernatural world of child trafficking through Thailand.  This is a dark and gritty novel for older teens and adults, with a strong voice and wonderful characters.
